WECT: Sen. Soles files police reports against Strickland

WECT dug deeper into the strange relationship between Sen. R.C. Soles and his former client. Though Sen. Soles claims that he and his former client, Allen Strickland, are friends, the Senator has taken numerous police reports out against Strickland even putting in place a protective order against him.
