Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Over the past few months , the North Carolina Republican Senate Committee sent out surveys soliciting the opinions of voters across North Carolina on the issues most important to them.  At the time, Senate Republican Leader Phil Berger promised not only to listen to the opinions of those who returned the survey but also share the results with Governor Beverly Perdue by hand-delivering the surveys to the Governor’s office.  Yesterday, he kept his promise.
