Healthcare Protection Act

Democrats led by Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid at the National level and Beverly Perdue at the State level are attempting to limit our healthcare choices and impose Government run socialized medical care on every American.  Senator Berger and the Republican Seante Caucus are fighting the Democrats by advancing legislation that would allow North Carolinians to continue to make their own healthcare choices by “opting out” of the Federal Government’s plan:
