Democrat candidate attacks Democrat Senators’ record on taxes and job creation

Even fellow Democrats are pointing out the severe damage the Nesbitt/Basnight Democrat-controlled NC Senate is doing to North Carolina’s economy:

Clark Jenkins and the politicians in Raleigh want to raise your taxes again. That’s right. Senator Clark Jenkins has even been bragging about it.

The Clark Jenkins Service Tax Scheme will mean you will pay new taxes to get your car fixed, your hair cut, your air conditioning repaired and your yard work done.

But here’s the catch.

The white-collar professionals who have lobbyists in Raleigh don’t get taxed. That means the bankers, the doctors, the dentists, CPAs and lawyers get off tax free.

A service tax for working people, but no service tax for the people with lobbyists.

That’s just wrong.
