Rabon leads Redwine by 15

According to a new poll conducted for the Civitas Institute by Survey USA, a non-partisan polling firm, Republican Bill Rabon is heavily favored in the election to replace retiring Democrat RC Soles.
Rabon, a Southport Veterinarian, leads David Redwine, a long time member of the State House and close ally of imprisoned former Democrat House Speaker Jim Black, 50 to 35.
