Bill Rabon, Candidate for North Carolina Senate, District 8

Bill Rabon is a conservative leader who cares about southeastern North Carolina. Bill is running for the North Carolina Senate to provide strong leadership in creating jobs, getting the state budget under control, and working to foster a high quality of life in Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties.

Bill is not a career politician. In fact, this is the first time he’s run for office. While the career politicians were passing job-killing tax increases, Bill was operating three successful animal hospitals, providing good jobs for local people. There is no substitute for experience, and Bill Rabon’s decades of small business experience give him a perspective on job creation that is invaluable.

We need Bill Rabon’s business experience to put North Carolina back on track.

Bill is a partner in Southport Animal Hospital, Bruswick Animal Hospital, and Oak Island Animal Hospital. He is the Vice Chairman of the Brunswick Community College Board of Trustees. Bill was appointed by Governor Jim Martin as Chairman of the Cape Fear Pilotage and Navigation Committee, and he served for seven years in that capacity. A lifelong sportsman, Bill is a Life Member of the NRA and a Ducks Unlimited Sponsor.

Bill will fight against wasteful spending and higher taxes, will work to create more high-paying jobs, and will support quality education for every child. Most importantly, Bill will provide honest service to the people.
